Return Policy

We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with tags and clear packaging with SKU labels. We do not accept exchanges or returns of any kind.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days (the first day of the return period starts from the date the order tracking shows a status of delivered) of receiving all items in the order and returned to us within 7 days of dispatch to be eligible for a full refund.

If it is a split order, the period will start from the last day and time of shipment.

Orders returned that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may reject the return altogether.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is a shipping error or the item is damaged.

Please allow us 5-7 business days from the date we receive the returned package to process.
